1. Our Commitment
At Fareatlas.com, we strive to offer our customers competitive travel fares by comparing options from various trusted third-party travel providers. While we are not affiliated with any airline, hotel, or travel brand, we work hard to ensure that you get great value for your bookings.
2. How Our Price Match Promise Works
If you find a lower publicly available fare for the exact same travel service within 7 Days of booking through our recommended provider, we will work with that provider to help you match or beat that fare—subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
- The lower fare must be for the same itinerary, including identical dates, times, number of passengers, class of service, and provider.
- The fare must be available to the general public and verifiable by Fareatlas.com.
- The price must be listed in the same currency as your original booking.
- The competing fare cannot be from auction sites, closed membership clubs, or loyalty program offers.
4. What’s Not Covered
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Prices influenced by special membership discounts, corporate rates, or bulk-buy deals.
- Fares that are part of a package deal (flight + hotel, etc.).
- Errors or misprints on third-party websites.
5. How to Claim a Price Match
If you find a lower qualifying fare, please contact our customer support within the allowed time frame. You will need to provide:
- A screenshot or link showing the lower fare.
- Your Fareatlas.com booking confirmation number.
We will then contact the relevant third-party provider to assist in securing the matched price, if applicable.
6. Important Notes
- Fareatlas.com acts as a facilitator and cannot guarantee a price match since the final decision rests with the third-party provider.
- We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice.
